Block Captain

"James is an Air Defense Artillery captain--Patriot missiles and all that. He calls
himself 'Missile Ace' as a joke. And he is also, unfortunately, the 'block captain' here
on our street (it wasn't our choice. We basically have to tell the neighbors to maintain
their yards.) Fort Bliss...a misnamed post if there ever was one!
