Ball tower

"We suspect the artist named this 'Ball tower' to sound like "bell tower" because this
kinetic sculpture would let balls run down along a track at the top of every hour,
striking red bells along the way, and thus playing the traditional Big Ben tune. I also
enjoyed the winter flowers and wanted to capture all of this in a Phoon photo." --Doris
