Employees have affectionately referred to this facility as "Sun Quentin" (a reference to
San Quentin, a nearby maximum security prison). There are essentially no gaps between the
tall, boxish buildings, forming a huge ring around the inner (and beautiful) yard. The
only ways in and out are through badge access doors.
