Worship totem
Near the town of Suhkbaatar, North central Mongolia
"We saw these wooden totems while out hiking during our Peace Corps assignment. They are
part of a small group of wooden carved sculptures done as tributes.
"Why Peace Corps? In the past, Shauna and I have talked about doing a mission. Obviously
the Peace Corps is not a religious based organization, but we feel that this can still be
considered God's work. And Why Not? Both of us are very intrigued by other cultures and
languages." --Travis
