"This is the headquarters of Tully's, my favorite coffee company. They're the OTHER big
Seattle coffee people. This old building used to be the home of the Rainier Brewery. The
big neon R was replaced with a big green 'T' in 2000. Tully's cafes are all over the west
coast as well as Japan." --Phil
