Passing Cape Horn

Off of Chile

"This was a replacement pleasure trip. We were scheduled for a three week China - Hong
Kong - Bali jaunt that was scheduled to depart September 11th. Needless to say we didn't
make it past the O'Hare gate. We figured Antartica would be terrorist free.

"We had a few days in Buenos Aries as well. Had I thought of it, I would have phooned in
front of Eva Peron's mausoleum.

"Maintaining my balance for the photo was difficult. The winds around Cape Horn were
substantial and the ship was rolling a bit." --Jim
