On a rock

San Simeon, California

"I spotted this perfect Phoon location, and Chad and I ran down to the shore. The rock is
white with a crust of bird droppings. Birds remained on the rock as we climbed it. As we
shooed them away, they left fresh droppings. It was very hard choosing places to stand."
