Mother's Day Cajun meal

Shreveport, Louisiana

"We were to be in Louisiana for Mother's Day, and my only request was to have some hot and
spicy Cajun food. Our family took us to Bob-A-Deaux's. We were four generations together,
eating blackened catfish, fried alligator, fried shrimp and crawdad tails, with hush
puppies and french fries. Yum!" --Doris
