"Strolling past the Federal Reserve Building on Constitution Avenue, I paused for a Phoon.
A friendly Fed Police Officer approached as we resumed our stroll. Thankfully, phooning is
not prohibited by the Patriot Act!

"One of my sisters works in the Fed Building and her office looks out on this location. We
