Viewer-controlled web cam

"You can control the TECO webcam in downtown Tampa--turning it, zooming it in and out. I
am hoping to create a geocaching webcam cache, but it is soooooo tough to orient the
camera and zoom and focus right within the 90 second you are allowed to control it--it may
be impossible.
