Fancy sound wall

Palo Alto, California

We found this while out geocaching. These stacks of concrete, with soil, plants and drip
irrigation lines, form a beautiful sound barrier between a nearby expressway and some
homes. We wondered who paid for this elaborate system, when a plain ol' brick wall
would've been far cheaper.
