"We wanted to see the Oregon coast on this cold, wet day in December. We drove down the
road and felt like we had been there before. We didn't realize why until we stopped for
coffee and learned that the tricycle scene in Goonies was filmed on that same road! Here I
am phooning in front of Haystack rock...you might remember the pirate ship coming out from
behind it in the movie." --Kimberly
