"This is where Margaret Mitchell wrote the majority of 'Gone With The Wind.' But she hated
the place and eventually nicknamed it 'The Dump.' It was damaged by arson in 1994 and
again in 1996 (and that's when the fence was put up). It was rebuilt/reopened in 1997."
