Norway/Russia border guard

Near Kirkenes, Norway

"This is the border crossing at Storskoggen, 15 minutes from Kirkenes, in Norway's
northeast corner. There is nothing to see or do at this border crossing, but it is an
unusual location for a Phoon, so it had to be done! The Norwegian border guard was a
friendly 20 year old, who seemed amused by my antics." --Susan
