Over-decorated

"This is one of two houses voted as 'over-decorated' and shown on TV in Tigard, Oregon. In
real life, it looks as though they bought every schlocky thing at after-Christmas sales
and put it up. His next door neighbor had done the same thing in competition." --Jan
