"This well was dug by a previous Teen Missions team and was available to anyone who needed
water. It was deep and the water was clear and cold. Prior to this well being put in,
water was in short supply and what water there was was horribly polluted. People suffered
from many gastrointestinal ailments and other water borne diseases. This well drastically
reduced the incidences of these sicknesses! (At our previous location we had to hike 2
miles to the nearest municipal pump and carry water back in 5 gallon buckets on our
heads!)" --Lou
